The NYU undergraduate School of Commerce, Accounts and Finance is established in 1900. The school goes through a name change of College of Business and Public Administration before being named Leonard N. Stern School of Business after alumnus Leonard N. Stern (BS, 1957; MBA, 1959) gifted $30 million.
New York Stern School has one of the most highest intakes of women students, comprising 41% of the total class. The Stern Curriculum offers a wide variety of electives and specialization to choose from.
